Competitive Monthly in Galas
The fundamentals of competitive swimming are taught, including starts, correct turns and further important competitive aspects.
Swimmers are introduced to working with pace clocks and timed sets.
Focus is on continued stroke Mechanics and increase in more specialized skills training. Building a capacity to train.
